3. Service Description

Vibrantcar provides chauffeur-driven car rental services across 75+ cities in India, including:

Airport transfers with professional chauffeurs
Local use and city commutes with experienced drivers
Outstation travel with skilled chauffeurs
Long-term chauffeur-driven rentals
Wedding car services with professional drivers
Corporate meetings and events transportation
Sports events transportation with reliable chauffeurs
Media production support with experienced drivers

Service Excellence: All our services are chauffeur-driven with professional, experienced chauffeurs who know local regional languages. English-speaking chauffeurs are available on request for your convenience.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings can be made through our booking form or by email. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after receiving advance payment. No booking is considered confirmed without advance payment.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
Advance payment is mandatory for all bookings to confirm the reservation
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified
International transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's international payment gateway
Payment Gateway Charges: Additional payment gateway charges (approximately 2% for domestic and 3% for international transactions plus applicable taxes) will be borne by the customer and are not included in the quoted price

4.3 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services, tolls, and damages.Charges are calculated from garage to garage - if the pickup location is not directly served, the vehicle will be dispatched from the nearest rental location and charges will be calculated accordingly.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
Cancellation 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
No-show: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Vibrantcar

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, vehicle unavailability, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide valid identification for verification purposes
Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
Treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect and courtesy
Report any accidents or damages immediately
Pay for tolls and parking charges as applicable
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Provide clear and accurate pickup/drop-off locations
Communicate any special requirements or preferences in advance

7. Liability and Insurance

All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance and are driven by professional, experienced chauffeurs. However, customers are responsible for:

Any damages caused by customer negligence or misconduct
Personal belongings left in the vehicle
Any additional charges for extended waiting time or route changes
Third-party claims arising from customer's actions or instructions
Any damages to vehicle interior due to customer actions

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibrantcar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
