From that we build a vehicle schedule — how many sedans meet the Delhi flight at 18:30, how many Innovas stage at the hotel lobby from 19:00, which tempo travellers do the Chokhi Dhani run and which mini-coaches loop back for second shuttles. On the day, a dedicated WhatsApp group keeps the planner, the groom's family lead and our operations desk in sync. Jodhpur's signature venues each have their own operational fingerprint. Umaid Bhawan Palace takes vehicles up to the main forecourt but staging beyond a certain count requires offsite parking at the Taj overflow lot near the airport approach road. Mehrangarh's wedding ramp is physically narrow and steep — tempo travellers fit, but 49-seat coaches do not, so shuttle planning has to split a single sangeet crowd into two vehicle classes with staged arrival times.
